If saving money is among your New Year’s resolutions for 2023, Starkville Utilities offers a variety of account management options designed to help customers gain more control over their household budgets.
“Customers appreciate being able to choose how and when they pay bills, and we’ve invested in technology upgrades to provide more and better account options,” said Edward Kemp, general manager of Starkville Utilities. “As always, signing up is convenient and free for all of our account services.”

Customers who prefer to manage their accounts in person can pay bills or receive account assistance at Starkville Utilities’ office at 200 N. Lafayette Street. Lobby hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and drive- through hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
A payment kiosk is located in the lobby for cash, debit and credit card payments. A drop box next to the drive-through is available for after-hours check and money order payments.
Kemp encourages customers to call 662-323-3133 to speak with a customer service representative and learn more about Starkville Utilities’ account programs and services.
“No matter how customers choose to do business with us, our goal is to provide professional, personalized service in every interaction,” Kemp said. “We wish our customers a safe and happy New Year and look forward to serving their utility needs in 2023.”
Starkville Utilities is a municipally owned and operated electric and water utility, serving more than 14,000 residences, businesses and industries in Starkville as well as the state’s largest institution of higher learning, Mississippi State University.
