We are happy to offer extensions to ensure our customers have the utility services they need along with a payment plan that suits their budget. An extension form must be submitted before the due date. To qualify for an extension, any past due balance must be paid. Extensions are granted only for current-month bills. Each residential customer can have four extensions per calendar year. If your extension is approved, your new due date will be 2 weeks from your bill's due date.
