Starkville Utilities can automatically transfer authority of the electric service at any of your properties to your account when a tenant requests a service disconnection and vacates the property. This allows all services to be automatically transferred to you after a tenant terminates services at your property. You will not be charged a deposit for property listed on the landlord agreement.
Landlords may complete and submit an application for a new agreement for one or all of their properties and can cancel at any time after 12 months has passed.
