$100 reconnect fee (service crew): This fee is assessed when a customer’s service has been disconnected for non-payment and reconnection is made between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on normal workdays and a service crew is required. These fees must be paid prior to reconnection of service.
$200 after-hours reconnect fee (service crew): This fee is assessed when a customer’s service has been disconnected for non-payment and reconnection is made on a weekend or observed holiday, or outside the hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on normal workdays and a service crew is required. These fees must be paid prior to reconnection of service.
