Portal payments post immediately to ensure that customers meet their payment due dates and avoid late fees, and customers can sign up for alerts to know when bills are due or past due. Starkville Utilities offers a variety of electronic billing and payment programs to match customer preferences, with no sign-up charges or fees.

  • Go paperless and check your inbox instead of your mailbox. Starkville Utilities will send you an email message every month when your bill is created. You’ll have easy access to your bills as soon as they are ready. Paperless billing is easy to set up, too.
  • Bank Draft is another convenient, mail-free option that is perfect for customers who are comfortable having utility payments automatically debited from their bank accounts. Starkville Utilities also accepts ACH bank drafts.
  • Pay in person using the utility’s drive-through window or kiosk and drop box located at 200 N. Lafayette Street. Lobby hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and drive-through hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
