Yes. As long as you’ve provided us with a valid email address, you'll get an email notification when a new bill is available online.
It may take up to 1 month for the $2 credit to appear on your bill depending on when you sign up for Paperless Billing.
When you sign up for paperless you can choose to receive an email and/or text reminder one to ten days before your bill is due. Starkville Utilities also offers the option to have your bill payment to be automatically drafted from your bank account or bank card on your bill’s due date.
You can always switch back to paper billing if you change your mind. If you choose to go back to paper billing, the $2 credit will be removed from your account.
Yes, but the $2 credit is only valid from June 2019- September 2020.
No, you should be able to access any PDF document with any computer, phone or tablet device.
You will have the ability to view, save or print documents from your online portal account.
